A huge welcome to On the Quay's Head Chef Steve Hart

On the Quay are delighted to confirm Steve Hart as our Head Chef!

Steve has years of experience in the industry and is the perfect fit for heading up our kitchen team. He has already been incredibly busy working on the menus for the upcoming season, ensuring that local ingredients and produce are at the forefront of his menus. This week we have already launched our first menu of the season to cater for the Gig Weekend and also opened up bookings for the event.

Steve's unrivalled passion and enthusiasm for food is plain to see as soon as you start talking to him and we know that you will love the flavours and combinations that he will be bringing to the restaurant. You are in for a taste of Scilly's finest when you dine with us, and we can't wait for you to try it. 

Over the coming weeks we will be releasing more of Steve's plans with you all, so please check back regularly for updates. This is only the start for Steve and his team, and we look forward to sharing the journey with you.
