The night before opening

Well we have been here in the amazing Isles of Scilly for some 64 days, we have moved into our flat, refurbished the staff accommodation, we now have the shell of a kitchen and restaurant. Tomorrow will see the cafe open and we are really looking forward to inviting everyone in.

With all that said..... the best thing of all is that we have met some amazing people
