On the Quay are delighted to celebrate this year’s Mother’s Day with a classic Sunday lunch menu with a OTQ twist

 

STARTERS

  • Slow roast red pepper, tomato & basil soup served with crusty bread
    and butter

  • Crayfish and prawn cocktail with a Marie Rose
    sauce

  • Creamy garlic mushrooms on toasted ciabatta served with a rocket salad

  • Homemade hog roll served with mixed leaf salad and  piccalilli

MAINS

  • Roast rib of beef, horse radish cream, Yorkshire pudding and pan gravy

  • Roast turkey crown, cranberry sauce, sausage meat stuffing, pig in
    blanket and pan gravy

  • Roast salmon, lemon butter sauce and samphire

  • Nut roast, vegetable gravy and a Yorkshire pudding

    All served with
    cauliflower cheese, roast potatoes, honey roast carrots, candied red cabbage,
    seasonal greens

DESSERTS

  • Sticky toffee pudding, toffee sauce and vanilla ice cream

  • Apple and cinnamon crumble with custard

  • Lemon posset and shortbread
