We are looking for our head chef

On the Quay are looking for an experienced head chef to launch an exciting new restaurant on the beautiful Isles of Scilly

If you're passionate about using fresh local produce and can create imaginative menus, lead a team and create amazing dishes then this is the opportunity for you

The restaurant is scheduled to open in early 2018.  It offer a great opportunity for the head chef  to make their own mark and to establish their name within a highly popular Cornish location

The role comes with great rewards including good rates of pay, a bonus scheme and accommodation (if required)

Initially serving lunch and dinner there is access to manage the team over multiple services and an opportunity to work additional hours

On the Quay sits in the most beautiful harbour on St Mary's

Situated directly On the Quay in Hugh Town St Mary the location could not be better for the views, the access to products and the footfall and will make a unique place to be
